Again, this brilliant character belongs to the fantastic and talented 
Please don't colour this without my permission if you choose to do so
It's a sketch, and I plan to colour it, but I was so happy with how this turned out I had to show it to the fans of Sam
So I will colour it some day 
Disney-fied 'cause I had a hard time drawing him in his normal Anthro self, though I suppose, like Oomi said, he would look like the normal Sam if his tongue wasn't hanging out and he had no collar on lol, but oh well, it's nice to do something different
