Ah, what a great day I had ... yesterday

Technically it was yesterday, cause as of this moment (in the UK) it's 01:01 am

Let me explain

Very early Saturday morning, I was wondering around YouTube when I stumbled across some FMA videos involving Ed's voice actor, Vic Mignogna. I must have watched about 20 where he talked about the show, said quotes from the show, received gifts from fans, singing happy birthday to people, saying little messages to fans e.t.c. And I just thought to myself 'wow ... he's such a nice guy!'
I decided to find out more about him. So I was browsing the internet and reading about his life through the years and what he's currently doing at the moment e.t.c. I then found a site dedicated to him called Risembool Rangers (which I'm now a member of

) and I found an email address to contact him

So I thought I'd try it out

I didn't act crazy

I just explained how I thought he was a great person and voice actor. I wasn't really expecting a reply, but I wrote on the end of the email "I don't know if you reply, and I'm not sure if this will even be sent". Yeah, I had my doubts on where on earth the email would be sent

But, that morning when I woke up and checked my mail ... I found ... A REPLY!

I was so chuffed! It was really a privilage hearing from someone who I'm sure is very busy and surely has many other fans to talk to. But I was just so chuffed when Vic replied to me

I felt really excited, especially when he told me about the conventions he'd be at later this year (because I told him I'd never been to one). So I hope I get to meet him

I really was thrilled with the message

And I just had to post it

What made the day stay great was spending time with my Stewie

and eating a baguette at the Youth Project

We ended up making a front cover for one of the stories we made together, and so far it's looking great!

We also began making our own front covers for our own stories (the one I mentioned in my last journal) and although I'm not very good on Photoshop, I'm proud on how the image came out. Maybe I should post it on here? On Thursday next week, we're handing them to our friend to read them on her flight to Vegas, and boy will she be in for a surprise when she see's the covers we made

Listening to Hoobastank for 4 hours is always a good thing too

Haven't heard them in ages

Had a nice night of watching FMA with my Stewie too (I've seen them all except the last episode, cause I told him I'd watch it with him when he got up to it). I haven't got long to wait now though, cause we're on epiosode ... 44? So the last one will be watched this week

I'd dead chuffed
Been getting some music too

Vic Mignogna is such a great singer! I had no idea he sang songs! His english version of 'Brothers' is lovely. But is it just me or can anyone else not help but see Ed singing?

Sorry Vic! You're awesome!
Ah, a nice long journal

I hope to have nice, happy long ones like this again. I really did have a super day, and I haven't had one in a while

Hope you all enjoy your day/night depending on where you are in the world

As for me? I'm off to write!

Then sleep.

When first drawing hands you do the outline of the palm first, then you scketch the position of the fingers in lines.
Always remember that 4 fingers have 3 lines (bones) and the thumb has just 2.
That's how I started making hands 5 years ago (and I'm only 18).
After you've drawn the lines, in crayon of course, then you do the flesh of the fingers and the rinckles(?). Anyway, that's how I got into hands making.
